Single or double layer water bottle?

The answer is always single. But why?  

The reason is simple. With a double layer water bottle you can’t boil water in it. With a single layer you can. When you find yourself in a situation where you are hunting for water and need to boil, you will be glad you picked a single layer. 

Also remember to get a bottle where the body has no plastic.  It’s ok if the lid is made of plastic, but you don’t want plastic melting when you are trying to boil water.
